Large handbuilt vessel in a matt bronze. I’m fascinated by how it looks different at different times of the day and with different light sources.
Rolling out of clay, coiling, paddling, shaving, carving - pretty much all the major handbuilding techniques were involved to create this beautiful piece. Finished in a thin, bronze glaze, the natural texture of the clay is able to remain.
